According to Texas A&M Real Estate Center using relevant data sources, unemployment in Austin is forecasted to be at 6.9%. Houston is expected to be at 15.4%, San Antonio 13.5 and DFW is 13.4%. Of the Texas Triangle, Austin is considerably less. Very interesting!!
