Amazon keeps expanding in Austin Texas

Amazon is expanding like crazy. In March they leased 145k sq ft space and added 800 tech jobs. Now they are expanding even more with an additional 100k of space. Additionally, they occupy 247k sq ft of space. With the local unemployment sitting at 2.7% that means there will be even more migration into Austin. Very interesting news!
