Texas Property Taxes too High? I think that we are getting relief

I am not sure what you all think about this but I think its very interesting. It seems that the property tax problem is about to change without the so-called "nuclear option" that Lt. Dan Patrick was floating.  I am paying attention to this very closely as that will affect my pocket book directly. Thoughts? I think that it will have a major effect upon Austin Texas.
