Dallas House Hack Search - Help Wanted
Hi All,
I'm relatively new to REI and I'm looking to house hack a multifamily in the Dallas area. I am struggling to find a property that could come close to cash flowing properly, it seems the prices are very high at this time, maybe a correction is looming. In the meantime, does anyone have connections to a wholesaler or a way to find multi-family properties in the Dallas area, I think it's time I seek professional guidance and expertise in this area.
I am looking to use the FHA financing, and live in the property while renting it out. I am not specific to any particular area as I travel each week, however I'd prefer closer to downtown Dallas if possible and a reasonably safe/desirable area. I'd appreciate any advice/tips that anyone can provide in regards to investing in Dallas and specifically my approach.
Thank you in advance for the help.
Best,
Brice

What type neighborhoods are you studying? In the markets invest, there is typically a sliding scale. Class D cash flows nicely, but Class A costs.
