DR Horton Home in Austin

I recently started looking at DR Horton new builds in north east Austin. It seems like there are a lot of negative reviews on construction quality of these homes so wanted to see if anyone has experience with them here in Austin locally or around Texas.

DR Horton sells more homes in Austin than the next two builders combined.  Just by sheer numbers they are going to have more negative reviews but they also make all different levels of homes.  Their Express homes are some of the least expensive new homes you can find in Central Texas so you might find some negative views there.  I have no problem with DR Horton homes.  I bought a new build from them last month on an investment property and have sold many BP investors DR Hortons and they are quite happy.  There are one or two builders I might stay away from but DR Horton is not one of them.
