Average time on Market for Commercial Property

Hi everyone-

I am looking for information from commercial real estate people in Central Texas (or anyone

else that can answer!)

We have listed our commercial/mixed use property. We are in a fast growing area,

Williamson County, north of Austin. Wondering if anyone can give me some idea of how

long these types of properties are taking to sell.  Just generally, I know nobody knows for sure, but

just a guesstimation would help :)

Thanks!
