Corpus Christi REIA or Mentorship Opportunities

I have been on here for about 10 months and need to take the next step. Looking for a good local REIA, but haven't been able to find one. I don't think that there is one in Corpus at this point.

Otherwise, I'm interested in finding a mentor with the local experience to help point me in the right direction.  I'm interested in buy and hold or wholesaling.  

Any info is greatly appreciated.
