Austin area landlords willing to share occasional property management tasks?
I don't need a full-time property manager, but I'm looking for some help.
I own and manage several single-family rentals in the northern suburbs of Austin. I would like to find one or more other landlords who can handle in-town duties when I am out of town. I would offer similar help, of course.
We could help each other on the relatively rare occasions when a landlord is away and something requires attention in person. Sometimes a tenant has a maintenance problem that needs to be reviewed to see what kind of repair is needed. Other times a prospective tenant may want to see a property when the landlord is away. If sharing these duties works well, it might even be possible to fill in once in a while when a tenant is moving in or out.
Anyone interested?
