Quiet Title Recommendations In Memphis

Hey BP family.  Wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a lawyer that can perform a quiet title action and what the average cost is in Memphis, TN?  I have a lead on a property that was bought in a tax sale.  Plan is to go ahead and purchase, clean title and resell.  Any suggestions?  I have a couple that I plan to use Tax Title Services for, so I am already familiar with their services but I plan to keep those.  Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks!

I am using Apperson & Crump on one now. (Mike Fearnley) . So far so good. As you know could take a minute depending on title results. I've heard of tax title services and i think they are the fastest route.
