My wife and i got a legal separation in order to qualify for an FHA house.. That was in 1989.. We have lived together in the house and she and i both made the mortgage payments.. She left me more than a year ago.. I am disabled.. The house is in her name.. Do i have any legal recourse as far as obtaining my part in the house?
