I am planning to get my real estate license here in Columbia, South Carolina. Can someone give me some advice on good agencies in the area that are investor based. I want to learn the trade of selling houses however I also want to surround myself with investors. Does anyone in the South Carolina area know of any good agencies to reach out to for career opportunities?

@Chandler Butler Definitely start networking at your REIAs. A lot of this stuff seems impossible until you meet others who are out there doing it. Pick a strategy and focus on it. It's easy to get distracted early on and want to try too many different niches. If you can afford it, get some coaching. That's the quickest way to get up to speed. Some coaches will even bring you deals or partner with you on deals.
