Hey fellow BP members,

Hoping to get introduced to/get recommendations for a RE attorney. Just closed on a 2 unit property in Pennsylvania (Lehigh valley) area and need an expert to help navigate the complex task of moving it to LLC/land trust.

Thank you!!

Jay

I am based in York County and I personally use Brad Leber. He is managing partner for Blakey & Yost LLP and Susquehanna Abstracting. He handles closing and title transfers on just about all of my deals. If you want someone in your corner that you can trust, He is definitely the guy!
