Navigating the market of Stillwater, Oklahoma

Cody Cummins
Posted

Dear fellow Okies and Pokes,

I am a sophomore at Oklahoma State University and I major in Nutritional Sciences. I am a self-supporting student looking for ways to get more money into my pocket for financial stability. Therefore, I have been thinking about investing in real-estate. I just need some direction. Does anyone have any tips to guide me through the market in Stillwater, Oklahoma? What are some good neighborhoods I could look into? Last but not least, does anyone have any recommendations for hard money loan companies in Oklahoma?

If you are near the Stillwater, Edmond, or Oklahoma City area, I would love to connect with you!

Thank you,

Cody Cummins
