Cincinnati, OH Agents
Hello BP,
I am considering investing in Cincinnati, Ohio and looking for broker recommendations. I'm experienced investor and broker in NC so, I think, would be a rather easy client. Want to test the waters there and see how things go, but definitely expect to be buying more than 1 property so looking to build a great relationship with a broker. Looking for someone to be my boots on the ground who has a vast network and deep understanding of Cincinnati.
Thank you!
@Tiffany Alexy
I would be happy to help! I work with quite a few out of state buyers and really enjoy being their boots on the ground.
Please feel free to reach out! Thank you!

Hi Tiffany, Welcome to Ohio. I am in the Cleveland market, however I know a great agent in the Cincinnati area that works with investors and is an investor herself. Send me a message, and I'll make the introduction.

@Tiffany Alexy what made you land in Cincy?...do you have existing connections there? ROI?...something else?

I have family there, and the ROI... but open to all of Ohio honestly.
@Tiffany Alexy That makes perfect sense...and your travel costs are tax deductible if you swing by the property and then visit family afterwards ;)
The 3-C's really hold a lot of opportunity and there are unique challenges in each of the markets. I'd be glad to chat more about Central Ohio.
