I have a 12-unit that looks great based on the area, I'm about to run the numbers, which is Westerville, OH but I've never done market research there before.  Is there anyone that could provide some information about Westerville, please?  All of my connections are in Cincinnati and don't have anyone that I can rely on in Columbus.  Please help.

Hi Lamont, what info would you like? Depending on what area It could be class A or B. From my experience most of the apartments are sold inside of 270 in Westerville in the 43081 zip. Westerville schools and columbus taxes. If it’s that area there’s a lot of apartments there and a lot of competition, but they rent fast if they are priced right. For a 2BR townhome that’s 700-800 or as high as 900 if it’s remodeled with a basement
