I am looking for an investor friendly realtor in the Dayton, OH area. I will be in town next Wednesday, July 2nd and Thursday, July 3rd. I would like to look at homes under $40,000 preferably with renters in them that would like to stay. I can pay cash and would like to make multiple offers while there.
