CPA recommendation - Dayton OH or online

Hello, started out long-term rental investment this year and looking for CPA recommendations in the Dayton OH area or online.

Started from a SFH that we lived in for 5 years prior that we chose to keep when we moved to another home. Then bought 2 more SFH and rented them out after a few months after minor renovations.

We also have W2 income, RSUs and stock options as well as some international assets that do not generate income (but are reported in FBAR and Form 8938). We used to self-prepare using TurboTax/H&RB but would like a CPA now. We would prefer a CPA we can work online with that could handle Federal, State and Local taxes.
