Staying Productive During Covid-19!

Hey everyone!

Just wondering what my other South Carolina and Charleston area investors are doing to stay busy right now? I'm still buying and selling. It looks like most of my investors clients and colleagues are still, too. I've spent many years specializing in investment properties so that when the market turns like this, I'll still have a strong client base, so I think we'll be fine through this mess. I'm working on a few interesting administrative things to try to keep deal flow high. I've been working on a consolidated wholesale email from my wholesaler friends. Basically, every Tues and Thurs, I'll send out all the wholesale deals I receive to my buyer's list to get additional eyes on those. I'd be more than happy to stick you on that list, if you're interested. I'm also going to do the same with commercial multifamily probably once per week. Also, let me know if you'd like to get on those. In addition, we're going to be running some facebook video ads with squeeze pages to see how they do.

What projects are all of you working on with this down time?
