Closing Attorney in Concord/Charlotte NC

Good Morning BP.

We are about to close our first deal in a rental property. We had already signed the contract with the wholesaler, although for the closing  we would like to have a legal opinion on our side. Can someone indicate an attorney in Concord/Charlotte area?

Thanks a lot.

I haven't dealt with wholesalers but I hear good things about Harry Marsh Law (harrymarshlaw.com). We've used them for a couple of "regular" closings and we were happy with them. They also gave a presentation or 2 at local REIA meetings.
