Albuquerque/Santa Fe Apartments/Multifamily
Hi, Everyone! Seems like we have a lot of interest in apartments and other multifamily options in Albuquerque these days. It's a small community: There are only 4 brokers who specialize in apartments, and just a few appraisers and major property managers. We're working on a way to connect all of us with monthly meetings and online. If you have an interest, please message me for details.

Hi Marc,
I'm Roberto, a buy and hold investor looking to purchase a few small multi-family properties in the next year or two. I made the decision last summer after living and managing a triplex I purchased back in 2005. Would you mind sharing the name of the 4 brokers you speak of? I'm having a hard time finding apartment brokers.
