Pennsauken Renovation Permits
Hello,
I walked a property yesterday for a potential rental that need some rehab. When discussing my plans with the agent that I was with, he mentioned that everything you do inside the home needed a permit from the township. That includes new flooring, new drywall, new windows, opening up a wall etc. My question is, has anyone ever dealt with Pennsauken township before? Are permits easy to obtain or does it significantly delay the rehab timeline? Any insight would be great!
