Does anyone here have experience with long distance real estate investing and property management? I’m a beginner and am looking for direction and resources to study.  Also, looking for a good property analysis tool.

I would probably start with David Green's book on long distance realbestage investment on the bigger pockets bookstore and listing to his podcasts.

he talks about identifying a market and building your team there.
