Need some advice regarding closing

We are in the final stages of purchasing a multi unit in Berlin. The purchase and sale agreement signed by the seller June 5, 2017 clearly states that the 1st floor unit needs to be vacated by the present tenant by closing. Closing was scheduled for July 14th. The sellers asked to move the date to the 21st due to a wedding for a family member they are attending. We agreed to push back the date and an addendum was added to the agreement.

We just received an email from our agent today with a request from the seller to push back the closing till 7/28. Due to the "short notice" of closing and they need 30 days for the tenant (they have had since June 5th). I find this unacceptable and they are in breech of contract. They have had ample time to give notice to the tenant. We do not want to lose the property, but this a real inconvenience to us and the moving plans we have made. We do plan on consulting a lawyer tomorrow, but any advice/feedback would be appreciated.
