New investor looking to connect.

I'm Alen, and I'm a new real estate investor looking to connect with some like minded people. I live in a pretty rural area and I am considering trying to wholesale some properties(local or otherwise) in order to raise enough capital to begin purchasing rental properties. My area has relatively lucrative SFR rental market since the purchase prices of homes in the small towns around here(Redwood Falls, MN) are quite low compared to anything in the Metro. There are very few single family houses available for rent and the ones that are available, are quickly filled with eager tenants. Any other investors in southern MN looking to connect?

I am in the Metro. Makes sense as not much rentals since the prices are low and people typically just buy. But definitely got to be lots of people looking into renting. Good luck with the investing.
