Looking For an Investor Friendly Agent in Minnesota

Hey MN Investors,

I live in the south metro and am looking for a good investor friendly real estate agent or a few of them that I could connect with.  I have a great local agent right now but they aren't exactly proactive and investor friendly.

If anyone would be willing to send me some recommendations that would be amazing!

I'm also looking for a new CPA/Accountant that is really good with real estate so if anyone know someone that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guy!

@Jordan Moorhead thanks for the recommendation.

Welcome @Brad Cornell.  You are correct in determining that there is a difference between a realtor who specializes in investments and someone who doesn't.  I am not sure where you are looking to purchase investment properties but Jordan knows the cities quite well as he personally invests here and has helped many BP investors close deals.  Amber Gonion would also be a good person to contact.

As mentioned I am a CPA and am also an investor.  Feel free to send me a message or email if you have any questions or if you would like to setup a quick phone call to discuss your goals.
