Looking for a real estate lawyer recommendations in Massachusetts that knows a bit about private lending, closer to Leominster the better. I am looking to partner with someone who would be managing the project and I would be acting as the money partner. It seems like I would be the one taking all of the risk so I am trying to make sure to avoid all the potential pitfalls.
