Looking for Hungry Real Estate Attorneys
Im a Massachusetts broker having a hard time finding attorneys that want to work with me and do the work needed to secure off market deals. I am very good at finding off market deals, finding decisions makers, speaking to people, and door knocking. I am a self taught title examiner, so I know my way around the ROD and courthouses.
I often come across property that no one even knows they have an interest in. I am looking to build a relationship with some attorneys who would like to spearhead these deals, and get the petitioners together to start probate.
Anyone hungry or just out of law school message me. I have over 10 years of experience buying and selling property.
