State specific lease
I have my first rental property under contract and I have the forms that you get with @Brandon Turner's Book on Managing Rental Property. I was wondering if anyone had any state specific lease agreements they would be willing to share. Also curious to see rental applications that you guys may be using.

1. Google state rental agreement for whatever state you're looking for... there are tons out there for free
2. Check with your realtor to see if they have either of these things... they usually have a few options of each
3. Don't cheap out on the screening... use a service that you have to pay for.
