Do you go out of your way to teach others real estate? So I have read many threads about people complaining about relatives belittle there endeavor to start real estate. And the general consensus is keep your business to yourself and move forward in your financial goals. I think that is wise advice for new people that have no track record other than great motivate.

I have been in real estate for a number of years and it has been a blessing. There are a few people in my life that has been a blessing to me, but I am not sure if I should talk to them about real estate or not. I don’t brag about real estate or earnings etc. I do not have an active Facebook page like some people that brag so people know what they do. Even my Bigger Pockets page Doesn’t have a recognizable picture nor my full name.

My question is to the established investors that actually have accomplished something. Do you go out of your way to show a few people the path that has blessed your life or do you simply do your thing and let them come to you and take it from there? I also realize some people Would be time leeches and simply wants everything hand fed to them.
