Real Estate as a Teen

Hello! I am 15 years old and I want to get into real estate when I’m older. I want to do anything I can as a teen to prepare myself to be ready to buy my first property as soon as I become of age. My mom knows of my plans to get into real estate and recommended the Bigger Pockets podcast to listen to. I also have been reading books and watching YouTube videos on real estate. My parents both love houses too. My mom is redoing our home, and my dad works in construction.

I already know real estate is what I want to do after I graduate, and if I start getting familiar with it right now I will be that far ahead of the game when I turn 18.

Do you have any tips or ideas of what I can do to get more familiar with real estate?

Do you have any book/movie recommendations that I can check out to become more educated about real estate as a teen?
