Wholesaling and having a RE license
Hello all investors in Florida. I am curious if wholesaling and me having my RE license (on hold) would be considered a conflict of interest or illegal? I have my license and found out the agent side wasn’t for me at the moment but really still want to invest and be in real estate. I thought wholesaling would be a good option for having little money.
Thank you all for your time and response.
