VA loan purchase/day 3 plumbing issue what to do next?

Just bought a home using a VA loan. A week and a half after closing found a plumbing issue. The result of the issue is damaged flooring, mold, and drywall if not more. Plumber who fixed the leak says very possible the leak happened prior to the inspection, based on the condition of the floor and the rust on the pipe.

Trying to figure out what next steps should be.
