Hello Bpocket Community I’m 22 years of age. Lives in Fairburn , Ga. I’m currently a recruit with law enforcement however my primary goal is to become a real estate investor. Secondly I want to become a master when relating to stocks , trade options and maybe foreign exchange. I come to you guys today asking for any resources , courses , or books that can get me started in the market. My goal is to obtain $42,000 within the next 5 years to purchase my own property or do rental property. Please I Ask Anyone From Georgia Or Elsewhere that’ll be willing to help out. I’d appreciate the feedback

@Joven Bromfield I think the closer you look and study Wall Street vs Main Street, you'll see a glaring difference.

You will have very little control of your stock investments vs your real estate investments. The ability to create cash flow, serious cash flow, not just dividends sets real estate apart.

Leverage with real estate can help you reach your goals faster. Responsible leverage.

I encourage you to focus on real estate. There are dozens of low to no money down techniques i used to get started. You don't have to save 42k to get started.
