HI @Reginald Kennerly!

Make sure you define your "why" for real estate. That will help you pick a real estate strategy (buy/hod, flips, etc.). Once you define your strategy learn about that strategy and identify a market or markets that will meet your goals. Find a trustworthy, reliable team to work with (agents, contractors, PM, etc.) that will help you with the strategy you pick. Run numbers on properties and make an investment.

Due diligence is very important in all type of investing, so make sure you are comfortable doing due diligence in every step of the process.
