Landlords are Rentiers, Bad guys for the Socialists.

You know something like this is coming, rent control, rent stamps, the socialists running the country have to build a case that real estate investors and Landlords are bad guys and then they can tax and appropriate.
In my state the big real estate investor is the Bishop Estates, the profits go towards educating Hawaiian children. Are there really any big corporations investing in rentals? most landlords are mom and pop businesses.
