How do I options for (Message in email & Spell Checker)

To BiggerPockets Admins,
How do I turn on the option to get the message someone sends me, sent to my email.  I get the notification of a message, but then I have to come all the way back to the site to read a few sentences. I'm sure you have that option right? Would be a big time saver.

How do I turn on the spell checker in the messages area? That option would also be a huge time saver.
