Real Estate is relatively safe as a tangible asset with modest returns that will grow overtime

Obviously all investment come with risk. Outside of real estate is when your money can grow exponentially quicker but with high risk.. 

I would like to know if anyone is in the mineral or precious stones industry. Gold Silver Diamonds Ruby's  or even Iron, Copper, Lithium etc..
