Approaching Real Estate Agents for Sponsorship

Praveen Balaji
Posted

I am part of a not-for-profit which is planning a concert by a world-renowned and decorated musician in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are expecting about 200 families to be present at the event, so you can expect a mix of professional and business people being present at the concert.

I want to approach local real estate agents for sponsorships, but I would like your opinion on how we can add value to their businesses. What do real-estate agents typically look for in their ad spend and what is the best way to offer value with an event like this?

TIA

Praveen
