Need someone help that lives in North Carolina
I am in Texas and I have a buyer in Triad, NC that wants to buy the house and owner finance it. Anyone have a Residential Contract that can email it to me? Or what contract am I suppose to be using for N.C. legalities to make it legal so the title company can close for me. Can you also provide me the name of the Title company you use to close on your deals? I really, really appreciate it.
