Starting out in the real estate investing business can be a shaky process and you would need all the help you can get.

Do you have some specific concerns or questions? An investor starting out in commercial real estate is going to find the learning curve to be far greater. I generally would recommend starting with residential properties and work into commercial properties after learning more about real estate in general and after building some real estate connections. Far more things can go wrong in the commercial arena.
