Book recommendation for owner of multiple small businesses
Hello all, currently my wife and I own five small businesses and we are days away from finishing our first flip. I’ve dedicated this year to organizing our pursuits and finding ways to hand off small tasks to others by subbing out the work on the flips and hiring our first employee. My question is, what books have you read that are great for managing and running multiple businesses?

The one minute manager series. I have used this system my entire career to start and scale 12 different companies very quickly. there are three books you should read in this order The New One Minute Manager, Putting the One Minute Manager to work and Leadership and the One Minute Manager. I use this system in all my businesses and projects and teach it to all my clients.
