HOA owned Playground

Hi BP community.

Looking for some ideas to bring up at the next HOA meeting.

Currently the association owns two small plots in the neighborhood.

One has a fairly large outdoor entertainment area. Handful of charcoal grills and concrete tables with a cover sort of thing

The other plot has older playground equipment on it. The association at the last meeting agreed to begin discussion of removing the old equipment.

As of right now, no one has brought forward any ideas for what to put in its place. I’m looking for suggestions on what would be a good use of the plot.

Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!
