Hello, my name is Champaign...I am an Indianapolis resident who is looking to take the Indiana State broker exam soon. What are some tips on how you studied? Or tips you wish you could’ve told yourself before hand about the test? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

@Champaign Garcia

Hi my name is Arthur reyher. I felt most of the test was pertaining to being ethical. Really almost any question even if you didn't study you just had to consider what was the most ethical answer.

I've always been good at taking tests and I passed it my first go-round, I didn't feel like it was overwhelmingly hard. Just study the material they provide and you should do fine.

on another note I am also a real estate broker and a general contractor, I see from your profile that you are a real estate investor. The goal is to be one myself. please feel free to contact me anytime if you need help with anything
