How can I present-value and sell this revenue stream?
I'm about to enter into an investment deal with an energy company in which I will be entitled to a 15-year income stream. Pre-determined amounts will be paid to me in inequal yearly installments (e.g. year 5 pays $12k and year 11 pays $207k). The income stream is based on a contract that the energy company has with another company.
Is this something that can realistically be present-valued and sold off? How would I go about trying to sell this income stream?

Ahem-you're about to enter into an "investment deal" and you don't know if there will be any liquidity? What is your position in the deal? Are you buying into the deal or selling off some type of property rights to the energy company such as a wind turbine lease?
