Concealed carry

We finally got a good governor in Wisconsin (one of the last two states that do not allow conceal carry in the country). So I anticipate being able to conceal carry soon. Some questions for those of you who conceal carry.

-what type of weapon do you carry?
-preference to a certain holster?
-for what purpose do you conceal (landlord, being prepared, etc)
-for those in the Midwest, how do you handle the winter months? Does heavy clothing interfere with your ability to draw fast?

thank you in advance for your input. I plan on carrying most of the time, but always when I am on the job as a landlord. Not sure if I want to buy a body holster, hip holster, etc.

Nice topic. Recently got a AK-223 which I like. Here in CA you never know what to expect.
