It's Been a Month Since The New Year

As 2018 was ushered in there were tons of posts about what everyones "Real Estate New Year's Resolutions" were and I am curious how you all stuck to your resolutions, or if you slacked on your resolution (it happens!)

For me, one of my resolutions was for my lending team to become closer. I really wanted our team to become closer because a closer team is more efficient and working in a tight-knit group is, to be frank, more enjoyable.

As part of my resolution, my team has gone to team-building events and out-of-work activities like karaoke and some of us have even played in a couple Ultimate Frisbee games. So far, I know it has only been a month, my resolution has gone pretty well as work is more enjoyable!

So how have your resolutions gone?
