In another thread in a different forum here on BP, the original poster had a dilemma of being three years behind in rent/utility payments.

A lot of the responses were irked (to put it mildly) at his gall at wanting a *deal* from his landlord/roommate.

A simple glance at the OP's location Berkeley, CA indicates his mentality. Cuba and Berkeley, CA are the only two places where communism is still practiced .... and Cuba is crumbling.

OK, I relegated this to the political forum to protect the innocent ... ME!
