Stock Market or Another Rental?
I've been a steady investor of the stock market. I've got my IRAs and then a handfull of individual stocks. My question is, do I take my loss and profits on the individual TDA account and buy another rental or let it be for now? I'd assume the stock market will recover eventually, but I also know that 10-20k can get me 1 or 2 more rentals with a strong cash return. Been fighting this for a while, and the market has shown a small rebound, so maybe it's time to exit. Any input would be great. Thanks!
