Merry Christmas to all on Biggerpockets! Everyone owes this site thanks for the wealth of knowledge that has been so very instrumental to where many of us new investors are! I personally believe that this site has been the biggest source of enlightenment, and motivation for me to get the ball rolling! Thank you all very much!
