I'm having a hard time deducing if this deal on this trailer is a good deal or not its going to be my first flip and i've already mapped out a 2000$ six month remodel but they are asking 5,000$ for a 1989 Double wide 2bds 1.5bth with floor damage to laundry/utility room. Is this a good price to pay? should I be worried that its to low? or should I be asking for less.

If you can try to look up what the comparisons models in the neighborhood are going for. I don't know the Lincoln, IL area whatsoever so I really don't know.

It depends on what you're planning to do with it, hold or flip. When evaluating opportunities, most times it's the people selling that will give you an idea of the condition of the home. If they seem trustworthy, you can get the information you need just by asking. If not, that is a problem. Best of luck!
